This Agreement and Binding Law

This agreement is bound under the laws of the Government of Jamaica, without regard to its conflicts of law provisions, and you hereby consent to the jurisdiction of and venue in the courts of law, located throughout Jamaica, in all disputes arising out of or relating to the Service. In addition, you hereby consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of and venue in such courts for any action commenced by you against us (or our affiliates).
